Advocate Christ Medical Center is part of Advocate Health Care, one of the nation’s leading health care networks. A not-for-profit, 749-bed, premier teaching institution with more than 1,300 affiliated physicians, Christ Medical Center is one of the major referral hospitals in the Midwest for a number of specialties, including cancer care; cardiovascular services; heart, kidney and lung transplantation; neurosciences; orthopedics; and women’s health.
The hospital provides emergency care for more than 100,000 patient visits annually and has one of the busiest Level I trauma centers in Illinois.
Located at the intersection of Jewish and Life, JCC Chicago is a life-affirming journey that builds on the richness and power of Jewish values. It begins wherever you are. In the greater Chicago area, and life.
For a young Jewish family in Lakeview, it begins at the Heller Center. Here a remarkable staff welcomes a child (and all the worry that comes with them), and surrounds them with loving attention as they take their first Jewish steps.
Our Mission is to bear witness to God’s love and invite, encourage, and prepare God’s people to share that grace with others.
We have a vision that would seal them together and take them on a splendid journey to meet the Lord in the air
Aunt Martha’s is a family of more than 900 staff and volunteers. We are health care providers, social workers, educators, counselors, and advocates. We are as diverse as the people and communities we serve.
We are parents who know what it is to have a sick, hurting or scared child. We have relied on the help of others to overcome our own challenges. We honor people’s strengths, resourcefulness and resilience. We offer compassion. We provide supportive, professional care.
We are a team – skilled and specialized. From the psychiatrist treating children in downstate Illinois, to the dental hygienist caring for a homeless person in Kane County; and from the therapist helping a youth in crisis on the streets of Chicago, to the doctor delivering a baby in Kankakee. Our staff are the best and the brightest in the field.

Assistance with needed baby items for parents of children ages 0-3 months
Bethel Community Facility (BCF) was envisioned 40 years ago by Rev. John H. Rice, Sr., former Pastor of St. Bethel Baptist Church. After, years of watching the area he grew up in deteriorate, he decided that a local community center was needed to serve as a headquarters for community restoration. Without the help of bank loans, the center was constructed—brick-by-brick—slowly but surely. Often construction was halted for months until money was raised to buy more brick. Finally the building was completed. DEBT FREE.
Now for 28 years, Bethel Human Resources has met the needs of it's community with supportive housing and addiction recovery services. We endeavor to expand the vision of Pastor Harold Arrington of seeing 1000 men who have hit rock bottom , recover and return home as positive members of their community and society. We have now expanded our vision to include women and their children.
A major emphasis at Bethel Gospel Tabernacle is reaching out to the local community, with a heart and a mission for the poor, black men, and youth. This vision has grown from the guidance of Founder Harold Arrington and lives on in the stewardship of his son Pastor John Arrington.

Bloom Township's Youth and Family Services Department is dedicated to empowering its youth and families to lead positive healthy lives
In Chicago’s East Garfield Park, where disinvestment has left the neighborhood devoid of opportunity and full of broken dreams, Breakthrough is restoring the broken networks of youth and families and empowering adults in the community to achieve self-sufficiency and break the cycle of poverty.
Bremen Youth Services (BYS) is a not-for-profit community mental health agency which has served youth and their families since 1964. Services are available to individuals ages 5-21 and their families. Although the agency serves Bremen Township residents, we are not bound by township lines and welcome anyone in need of services.
We're a group of believers saved from our sins through the blood of Jesus Christ in obeying the gospel (Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 5:9, 1 Peter 1:18 & 19). Individually, we call ourselves simply “Christians” because that is the name Jesus’ disciples wore (Acts 11:26) and that is the name whereby we can glorify God (1 Peter 4:16).
The Greater Chicago Food Depository is Chicago’s food bank. We provide food for hungry people while striving to end hunger in our community.
We do this in partnership with 700 agencies and programs including pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and responses for children, older adults and veterans. This network distributes food where it is needed most throughout Cook County.
Women’s issues, depression, anxiety, adult children of alcoholics, grief and loss issues, addiction issues, adults with unresolved childhood issues (abuse, neglect, abandonment), partner/marital relationship issues.
